If you need the scanner repaired and want an exact diagnosis, then choose the Scanner Repair Diagnosis service product below and do the following:

• This Scanner Diagnosis Service Product is only offered to Fujitsu and Ricoh Scanner models.
• In the "COMMENTS" section on the check out page, INCLUDE ALL of the information we requested above for an "estimate" e-mail.
• Once this order is processed, you will receive via e-mail a SCANNER REPAIR REQUEST #. PRINT this number on your shipping label and SHIP the scanner to the SHIP TO address you were given in the e-mail sent to you that contains SCANNER REPAIR REQUEST # in the subject line of the e-mail. (Please note: scanners received without this number will be rejected.)
  NOTE: This location address IS NOT a showroom nor our office. It is our shipping location. If you choose to drop off a scanner at this location, it still must have this SCANNER REPAIR REQUEST # on the outside of the scanner box.
• Ship the scanner Freight Pre-Paid. Be sure to insure your shipment for what you think it is worth. Freight Collect shipments will be returned.
• Your scanner will be diagnosed and an e-mail estimate will be sent to you as soon as possible. Depending on when the scanner arrives at our address, it will usually be 7 to 10 business days before you would receive your estimate.
• If the estimate is rejected, then the scanner is shipped back to the origination address Freight Pre-Paid (WSC will pay for the shipping cost and then charge your credit card the shipping cost). We will insure the scanner for the cost of a refurbished scanner of its same model type. The credit card used in placing the original order will be charged UPS Ground Service Shipping + Insurance.
• If the estimate is accepted, then the scanner is repaired. 50% of the scanner diagnosis charge is credited to the final charges which will not be higher than the original estimate. The scanner is shipped back to the origination address Freight Pre-Paid and insured (WSC will pay for the shipping cost and then charge your credit card the shipping cost). The shipping charges (UPS Ground unless other service requested by customer) will be added to the final charges.
