- Technical Support: This is for documentINDEXER+ customers that have current ACTIVE software maintenance but have used all of their support incidents allowed under their maintenance program.
- Installation Services: WSC will install any version of documentINDEXER+ or WSDM document management.
- Training in Workflow Design: On-line training for one person in workflow design as it is used in the documentINDEXER+ index processing software. The student will design one workflow from start to finish.
- Complete Starter Package: This package is a turn key of services that can be added to any documentINDEXER+ software version license. It includes installation of the software, complete design and implementing of one workflow to production and the training of one staff person in documentINDEXER+ workflow designer.
